Back in March new TopGear host Matt LeBlanc and Hoonigan in chief Ken Block were ensnared in a controversy involving stuffy British politicians and the news media.
The imbroglio stems from a burnout in Block’s Hoonicorn Mustang near the UK’s 96-year-old Cenotaph war memorial:
The Trust that oversees the BBC has decided it will not take any more appeals related to the matter and considers it closed:
Trustees decided not to take the appeal, on the basis that it would not be appropriate, proportionate or cost-effective since there was no reasonable prospect of the appeal succeeding.
Because burnouts are awesome, duh…
