Ahead of this weekend’s 24 Hours of Le Mans, Ford is giving us a sneak peak into how its drivers physically prep for one of the most challenging races in the world.

Hours of sitting in a sauna-like cockpit and cornering forces akin to riding a roller coaster repeatedly face the drivers for three hours at a time behind the wheel.
