1. Jack up both rear wheels
off the ground and chock the front tires (for safety).
2. Place your car in neutral and place a small dot on the
aft end of the drive shaft.
3. Now place a dot on the tire as well. Have someone turn
the tire one revolution while you are under the car watching the dot on
the rear of the drive shaft. Count the number of turns it make and use
the chart below to determine the gear ratio you have.
