The members of the Mustang Club of Ohio had such a good time at the Arthritis Society’s first Fox-Body Reunion in 2009 they have decided to gather again in 2010, and Performance Parts Inc. has signed on as a sponsor. The reunion is just a part of the 28th annual Classic Auto Show and Cruise In at the Dublin Metro Center in Dublin, Ohio, (north of Columbus, scheduled for July 9 and 10. In 2009 hundreds of fox-body Mustangs answered the reunion call, and organizers hope 2010 will be bigger and better.

The 45th Anniversary of the Mustang is getting closer, and we are continuing out series of Mustang Fast Facts. Up today is the 1983-1993 era, and there were some big happenings in that time. The first SVT Mustang hit the road, and the Boss made a return. There were quite a few different engine configurations in this decade, ranging from a basic 2.3-liter four-cylinder, to a turbocharged four in the Mustang SVO, and all the way up to a recalibrated 5.0-liter V8 that produced 225 horsepower.
