The Ford Mustang is champ of 2005 convertible sales, according to figures from R.L Polk, the Michigan firm that tracks vehicle registrations. The Mustang claimed America’s best selling convertible crown with a total of 44,065 registrations, an increase of more than 11,000 from 2004. What's even more impressive is that the Mustang managed the feat in a market that is essentially flat.
