2005 Steeda Mustang Takes American Iron Championship

Indianapolis, IN - The 2005 Steeda Mustang with the most wins in American Iron, wins the year end championship.

| Robin Burnett and his Steeda Mustang dominated the NASA American Iron Series. In doing so they became the winningest 2005 Mustang of the year on the way to the Championship. Together with crew chief, John Moore, Burnett won an incredible 12 pole positions, with 11 wins, 1 second and 2 thirds in 15 races this season. Their 2005 Mustang GT is equipped with the latest Steeda performance parts right out of the company's catalog. |
The 2005 NASA American Iron Champion, Robin Burnett earned a season of total dominance in his new 2005 Steeda Mustang GT. The Steeda Autosports equipped Mustang won 12 poles out of the 13 races that count toward the championship. The Steeda Mustang won 11 races finished second once with two third place finishes. With a win at Putnam Park near Indianapolis, Burnett sewed up the 2005 NASA American Iron Class, finishing over 125 points ahead of his nearest competitor.
When building the 2005 Mustang GT, crew chief John Moore chose a variety Steeda suspension components including: Steeda race springs, adjustable front and rear stay bars with billet mounts, control arm relocation kit, billet camber adjusters, adjustable panhard bar, bumpsteer kit, competition end links, race only lower trailing arms, G-trac brace and steel strut tower brace.
Steeda President, Dario Orlando congratulated everyone on the team and stated, " We are very excited about the total performance of the red 21 Steeda Mustang.
