Fuel Pressure Check

Can anyone tell me how to check the fuel pressure on my 95 mustang gt, 5.0?

buy a fuel pressure gauge. Harbor frieght has them for $10 .On the passenger side on the top of the engine just off the fuel rail there is a check valve that looks like a valve stem for airing up your tires. It screws on there , then start the car

You need a gauge to properly check it. You might have fuel at the rails but how much, and for that you need the gauge.
