I have almost always used Valvoline 10W30 and WIX oil filter for all my cars, never have had any problems...
I just recently used Quaker State 10W30 and STP oil filter because it was on a really good sale.

-1994 Mustang GT "The Red Baron": 3.73 gears,K&N filter,GT40 tubular intake,BBK Full Length Headers,modified midpipe & Flowmaster muffs, timing at 12*. Best time- 14.74 @ 93.16

Yeah, yeah. I know...

It was on sale, and I'd already spent almost all my money on BS parts like vacuum hoses, bolts, and other pidly stuff when I did the intake swap so I figured it wouldn't hurt to put it in this once.

I've always been a Valvoline guy though.
