I don't have an answer...just the same problem on my 95. I have mostly the same parts except a cobra intake instead of TF. I even have it tuned to drop as fast as possible, yet it still does it.
I have the same f&^%$ problem and almost the same modifycations too, Mine is a 94 GT and it has, Edelbrock heads, cobra lower and upper intake, BBk 65mm TB, racing MAF, custom CAI, K&N filter, racing cams (do not know spec), shorty headers, H pipe, flowmaster mufllers, etc. I recently changes my TPS and O2 sensors, and the same **** happens.
My mechanic told me that is a combiantion of the TB not clousing completely and a bad IAC, but I change the IAC and problem remains, so i am not changing parts like crazy until i confirm what it is, i am trying to get another TB and IAC valve from a friend in a loan to veriry if that is the problem, but have not the parts yet.
