If you still have the original '95 distributor, I strongly recommend that you replace it. Why? because it's only a matter of time before the distributor shaft bearings wear out and cause problems.
As I've discovered, it's a false economy replacing the PIP sensor inside an old dizzy. Just get a new Ford OEM unit and be done with it.
