We live in So Cal and need guidance in making our 91 Notch that we're swaping a 87 TC motor into smog legal. We'd like to do a turned intake, header, intercooler and an upgraded turbo. Is this just wishful thinking or are there other 2.3t smog legal So Cal Cars out there?

Any So Cal Turbo Owners out there that can help us out?

There is a 300HP smog legal thread over on turboford.net, check it out (if you can't find it I'll get it for you)

The sad thing is, with 15 PSI, straight back exhaust, and a bobs log, it still feels slow...

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

I live in San Diego.. i have an 2.3T Mustang Smog legal.. with a fully built motor .. Mines due for smog again pretty soon. Pasted Two Years ago should pass again...
