Default 1986 Mustang SVO axle W what ratio?
I've just registered and am a newbee. I have had a 1986 SVO sitting in the back yard for a few years now and have redone the engine with a few updated goodies. Does anybody know what rear end is in this the axle code is W.

It should be a 3.73:1 if it is original.

early 84's had a 3.45 rear end and 85 up had a 3.73 rear end. you can find svo specs on the Mustang SVO Website Sponsored by the SVO Club of America website. look on the left side for the specs page. hope this helps
