I am in possession of a 2.3 turbo engine, T-5 trans, and ECU/harness. The engine is disassembled as I was planning to build it for a future project. It is in excellent condition and the only reason I would even put new bearings/rings in it is because it has been taken apart.
I ended up buying a 2001 V-6 and so I won't be using the parts and was wondering if I should bother redoing it or leaving it apart before selling it. I see both sides of it. One person may want a good chance to throw other parts in or just do it themselves. Plus they may not trust a home builder to have done a decent job. On the other hand many might like to have an assembled engine intake to oil pan ready to drop in. It does have a freshly redone turbo (never even installed), and I would like to get as much for it as I can while not ripping anyone off. Should I even bother assembling it or leave it and sell it as is?

I thought about that. Just don't know how well it would work out.

2000 V6 mustang Vert- Boss Shinoda Legacy conversion in progress!!!
Go: GT cat back exhaust with H pipe , K@N air filter Show : Bullitt : door lock knobs , shifter trim ring , fuel door , pedals , Smoked and clear cornered headlights , white face gauges , GT fogs , Mach 1 Grille Delete , Shinoda front chin spoiler, Bunch of Billett stuff , Gt hood scoop , and GT side scoops
Anyone have a clue as to how much I should ask either way? I can't this complete of a setup anywhere to use as a reference. I have everything from the cooling fan to the clutch. I mean everything. K&N filter, vane meter, sensors, injectors (brown top), harness, top mount intercooler, even the plugs and wires from when it last ran. The block has never been bored, nor the crank cut. I would do the normal redo stuff (hone, journal polish, ect.), but it needs nothing else. Heck the clutch looks brand new. Just wondering what it is worth.

I got some input and decided that $500 plus shipping seems to be about the going rate. Any takers?

What excactly is included with the 500 plus shipping?
Everything. ECU/harness, complete engine from air filter to down pipe, rebuilt turbo, virgin block/crank, and every bolt, wire ect. I have. Even the trans and cross-member will go with it.
My wife won't let me put it in my '01 so it has to go. Trust me, I would too.
