I have a window motor going bad and both switches being ornery in my Stang. I really dont even like power windows and am curious as to how difficult it would be to simply make them manual. Also, any idea as to how costly it may be?

Get manual window door panels and the handle mechanisms from a boneyard. Simple swap over with window motor removal.
You will need the panel clips as well. 50resto has a tool and clip kit cheap.
