Question Will you help me decide where to put my amp?

I have a 1993 hatchback and i have a crossfire VR401 400W amp.
I was thinking of putting it in the hatch above the spare tire mounted to the board over it so that its in the hatch but not taking up space back there my question is: Do you think it will get too hot there?

It doesn't have to be for a coupe. You could make it work for a hatch. You could make like a big box/cover thing, that you could sorta cut a whole in for the sub, and mount the amp on. Just be a little creative.

Check out this one:

Amps will get hot regardless of were you put them if you use them.

My thoughts exactly. Mount it to the seat and you still have most of your rear space for whatever you want to put (A sub maybe?)
