so where did yall find your 2.3s ive been having such a hard time trying to find one for under 2k haha its just for fun i dont need to drop that much on one. geez. did yall get yours from a junk yard or wholesale auction or something like that i dunno. help.

ive been all over CL and ebay. cant seem to find any elsewhere that arent way over priced.

shoot i was at lake anna this past weekend. saw a nice little 1990 coupe chillin outside this dudes house with a for sale sign on it. i asked him about it he said he wanted 4k for it i was like WHAT!? he was like yea i was gonna make it a race car but now ima just sell it. i was like omg when it comes time to sell their car anybody with a 5spd coupe or 5spd anything thinks its a race car. i just wanna drive it to work. jeez.

thats funny i bought mine for 900 the guy was going to make it to a 5.0 swap but decided not to it needed tires brakes oil change air filter plugs and wires and a timing belt and i did all of this by myself in about a month i will look for one for you if you want and send you a pm but it depends on how far you want to drive.

I got mine for $750 from my uncle in pretty good condition w/ 114,000mi. A little rust and faded paint, but it ran great. I've noticed they have been way overpriced lately. Some people are nuts. Just keep looking. One will pop up eventually!

I have noticed that the 4 bangers are going up in price, and way over priced. Probly due to high gas prices. A $500 dollar car is not 1500 lol.

yea i know right like everybodyyyyy is selling their v8 and trucks but holding onto their little 4 cyl. its pretty sad i was putting gas into my car and i was like sweet! $3.49 never thought id be excited about that. i remember getting $2.38 gas and i was pretty mad about it. anndddd i remember growing up when gas hit $0.88 the gallons went up faster than the dollar. oh those were the days.
