Default 2.3 into a 90 mazda b2200.

i just wanted to know if any body has ever done this befor.
i planned to use a 93 mustang 5 speed car as a Donor.i would just like a little feed back before i start this project.

It's not a good idea to mix perfectly good Mustang parts with rice rocket paraphernalia.

I think it would be a great idea, if I could find a cheap Mazda truck I would do that. I would rebuild my engine and transmission and everything. I would do all the body work and what not, maybe even full frame off resto.

Those truck's are light, I believe they are lighter than the mustang by far. Also they have a big engine bay. I think that is a really great idea. I would like to see someone do it before I do it.

I had a similiar idea, but I wanted to use a Mazda 2.3L Turbo (much newer) since Mazda is a part of the Ford Blue Oval Corporation. My question is does anyone know if the bolt pattern is the same for the engine to be able to use my T-5.

A B2200 is a Ranger, They havent made trucks here in years. It's not rice, nor would it be if it was an 80's import unless riced out.
