I purchased and 89 lx back in march and have had barely any problems with it til yesterday. It started up fine and drove fine for about 3 minutes then i started hearing a moaning noise and it started running rough sounded like it was going to stall. Bout 30 seconds later it stalled and I can't get it started back up. It turns over once or twice then nothin. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Is the gas guage broken? Time to do a routine trail and error. Hopefully its not locked.

Me and my buddy just looked at it. Looks like its the water pump. Hopefully anyway.

How could it possibly be the watter pump. it would have to lock up and keep the belt from turning which would burn the belt off not stop the engine.
