I need any info or maybe a site that goes into great detail about the t3 turbo. My biggest questions: does it have an internal wastegate/external wastegate, ball bearings/journal bearings. Any info would help a lot, thanks.

yes, it should be an internal wastegate........well, that sort of depends on the setup. Does the outlet elbow have a little swing-arm with a disc on the end on the inside arm? It would cover the port in the pic provided.
