Default Stange marking on Speedo Gauge

Does anyone else have strange dots on their speedo? the are a pairs of white dots spaced out seemingly for some reason along the range of the gauge. Does anyone know why they are there?

Also, I just noticed i dont have the module for the warning lights to on the bottom right of the instrument cluster, like the light source is completely gone. Anyone have this issue and fix it? How hard are they to come by?

thanks

The dots are for calibration purposes.

i have a pretty basic LX... and I also do not have the warning light cluster. I believe it was an optional item?

You should be able to source a warning light cluster from a pick n pull...

The warning area. Is like mine. It has a gauge surround from a 5.0 which has low fuel, oil warning etc. No way to hookup unless good with wiring. I assume bought car used and someone installed it by mistake or all they had. Like me came with car.
