I just want to confirm that a 1988 2.3 with a 5 speed is a T5
tranny, right? I am looking to buy it but I want to be sure. I haven't seen the car or driven it yet. Did they ever put a different
tranny in the car. Yep, I'm new to the 2.3L scene. I love the shape of the notchbacks, I think thats why I loved my 86 gt vert because of the way it looked with the top up.
