I am looking to buy a 1984 Mustang SVO. I am going to see the car this weekend. Where are the VIN ID's on this car. I would assume on the dash. Are they also located inside the door jam. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Tony

Yep, on the dash. It should also be on the drivers door in the rear jam area on a sticker.
Partial numbers are on the "buck" tag on the radiator core support. You can see it near the hood latch with the hood open.
VIN should read 1FABPT28XEX123456

Take a real good look at the wiring under the hood. 84s are known for brittle wiring problems.
