Hey I just caught an episode of pimp my ride that about made me grit my teeth. We all know the cheezy tv show Pimp My Ride, where music sensation Xzibit and G.A.S put some shiny rims and flashy paint on crappy cars right? Well this episode featured a White 89 Mustang lx Convertible; owning a 89 mustang lx convertible myself I really hated see'n that beautiful fox being "pimped". They put a gold convertible top on it, a stupid paint job along with lace accents, and bubbles out of the rear bumper! what!? yes, bubbles out of the rear bumper.
What do you guys think of this? Does anyone find this as rediculously stupid as me?

Every car that comes out of there is ridiculous. Overwhelmingly tacky, which isnt a strong enough word to describe it. Ive seen them take a Ford Escort and put a BMW body kit on it.

yeah those are all one thing, but to pimp a fox! it just supprised me, the paint job and body kit wasnt bad but all the tv's and the shiftknob and lace and wing, arghh..

That's actually not too terrible of an idea, I take my laptop out to the car when I'm doing something that I need to follow the instructions that someone has posted. Would be easier than having to roll the creeper back out from underneath to scroll down the screen.

it sounds like a bunch of ghetto wannabe mechanics thought they could make a fox body look better and be unique. But there is one thing that bothers me.... who would drive such a abomination and still have dignity left.
yeah have you guys seen the idiots who work on the cars? they have like mowarks and goofy hair cuts and say stupid things like they know what there talking about.
Oh yeah and on top of the stupid ridiculous things they do to these cars they do absolutly nothing to the engine/drivetrain. They just polish a terd.
Altough one episode I saw they "rebuilt" an engine, and they considered rebuilding it an oil change and a chrome valve cover.. hahahahah

the fox looked all right..come better then it did...i hate how they never hook up the motor.. ill take a pice of crap car wit a bad ass motor any day..the heck pimp my ride . its pimp my motor..o ya leave out the 250lbs of sounds in the car
