Actually they did not have an 8.8". All SVOs came with the 7.5" Traction Lok rear. 84s had 3.45:1 ratio, and the 85-86 models had 3.73:1 ratio gears.
All Fox Mustangs after that have 8.8" axles

Technically, the "Fox" Mustang goes through the 90's until MY 1998, so it would be the FIRST Fox with 5 lug wheels.

i'm using a volvo "turbo" emblem and i want to find a "2.3" emblem from the door of a new mazda 3, they're chrome. so all the trunk will say is " turbo 2.3", think it's clean and suttle.
