First thing I would like to ask is why would you want to change to an auto. Generally you lose 25% hp with the auto's. Plus all of the original Ford automatic transmissions are the hugest piles of crap on the face of the planet. The t-5 is actually a really decent tranny.

But if you REALLY want to go though with it, I believe (I chose that word carefully) you will need everything from the engine back to the diff. This will probably include the flex plate, bell-housing, tranny obviously with all of the required wiring, and drive shaft because I think that they are different lengths. Also, you will need an ECU (computer) made for automatic transmissions. You can leave the extra pedal if you want and you can get rid of all of the clutch wiring if you want.

Good Luck with your desicion, but if you have seen some of the other posts, people are taking out their auto's and replacing with t-5's, not the other way around.

if you do end up swapping it, ill trade you an auto trans for the manual trans and clutch assembly.
