As you can tell I am a bit undecided on whether or not I should as you can see in pic the my car has a cobra nose and hood, but it needs paint. While the SVO's are both very rough and he has even started parting the one out that doesn't run and the one that does has been wrecked and he replaced the frontend with an 87-93 lx stuff. So you can see my dilema if I trade I will be getting a pile of junk that could with a lot of work be a great, rare, and wonderful car,or stick with my tried and true mileage car.

all depends on what you like. if you really want an svo and your stang isnt your daily driver. i say go for it. you may not get too many more chances to get an svo

I say keep what you have. Your '94 looks nice with the Cobra hood. The SVO isn't even a complete SVO (missing the special SVO hood, among other things). The SVO seems like too much of a basket case.

Thanks for your thoughts the only reason I am even considering trading is because I would like to have an SVO (who on this site wouldn't want one) and have several other mustangs like a 95GT auto daily driver,99GT 5 spd,and an 85lx coup with a 5.0 in it,So I have a stable full of stangs and the V6 car is at bottom of that list and haven't drove in a month or so as the 95GT is my daily driver,I was just considering it for the reason that I would hate to see them parted out or worse junked because no one was willing to fix them. That would be a shame for all of us stangers.

I say go for it. You have a few stangs already and you said you dont drive the V6 much. You could make a pretty nice car out them. Sounds like a nice project car.

i would do it because you can take two and make one good one and think your v6 you could maybe get 3-4k for it if you get a good looking svo they can easily go for 6k and you have the rarity factor.

Dude you have a nice mustang!!!! Just ask the guy what he wants for the svo cars and persuade him with CASH O RINO. Money talks and you know what walks. Give the DUDE Green backs and call it a day. Looks like your mustang is BOSS so keep it. You know what you got dont get greedy.

The fact that its had a new front end put on one svo is scary. Also both cars look like they are missing a bunch of parts. I would keep looking. Getting junk is just going to give you a headache.

call me a cockeyed optomist, but i look at those pics and dont see junk so much as i see how beautiful the svo is gonna be if you restore one (tho you'd prolly hafta use the other one and then some as a donor).
just my 2 cents, but nothing ventured nothing gained. and with the svo being so desirable you could always turn around and sell em and at least break even if you change your mind later.
