Would it be worth it to stick a supercharger on a 2.3 liter motor?

Sure you could, but why make all custom mounting brackets, and then spend a bunch on the blower itself, and then have to mess with all the fuel problems. When you could buy a turbo coupe that was hit for $500.00 and bolt it all in. The Turbo charger has already been done and you can get tons of parts for it.

Agree with mike, just get a TC car.

And one more thing..a 2.3 with an SC will loose lots of low end power if the SC is too big, you would need a low displacement SC specific for your 2.3.
If you are "married" to the idea consider a roots type SC, boost is almost instant.
