Maybe because it would be a lot cheaper to do it yourself... and that deep feeling of fullness when you drive the car that you just built...

But yeah, the bolt-on ones are junk. If you are gonna get bolt on ones, get ones that have a whole bunch of bolt on points. They'll be better at stiffening the chasis.

TOM, is this what you were talking about when you said through the floor connectors with torque box reinforcment? Would it be good if I fully welded the torque boxes?
