Default boost / oil leak headache

if had known that doing a turbo swap in a mustang was going to give me a daily headache i would have swapped a 5.0. after replacing the valve cover gasket for the 3rd time, re routing the pcv system to the intake of the turbo, and removing the lower intake to inspect the oil seperator for a blockage i got rid of the valve cover blowing out. now theres a leak under the car during boost and i cant find it. i originally thought it was the oil seperator but i used rtv silicone on it and the leak is coming from the front of the engine, most likley the pan gasket. so i just keep fixing leaks and another one shows up, so it must be blow by, right? my question is could it be a head gasket? under boost leaking into a oil jacket? i really don't have the cash to rebuild the engine, even a "redneck" rebuild. ( new bearings, rings, and a hone) so i really don't know what to do. i may have to park it for a while.

Your pcv valve is Motorcraft one correct. That is only one I know that will hold up. The only good valve cover gasket is the Ford one with the metal insert. You can use a boost test gauge to look for leaks.

thats tough to do with a top mount intercooler. and as per the pcv valve, it doesn't see boost anymore.

in this pic you can see the valve cover gasket blown out, if you look at the pcv ( in the area) there's a piece of steel fuel line, it re-routes the pcv to the front of the turbo inlet ( actually ties into the oil breather on the top of the valve cover.) btw the new valve cover gasket is fine the oil pan gasket blew out now.

Ford part # for valve cover gasket. It hade on my old motor. I was blowing oil out dipstick. Enough I had old sparkplug boot around it to prevent leaks. I put gasket in dry.
F57Z-6584-A Be prepare it is pricey but even a cheapskate as me considers it cheap. approx 40 dollars. I bought a extra a year ago and still have not had a reasone it use it. Maurice
