Default Looking for 330 horse power

How can I get 330 horses from a 2.3

Will this do it?

ok heres the project, I found what was wrong with the mustang so I decided to get a fully ported aluminum head with a 88 svo ported and gutted upper and lower intake, also use a big vam and computer from a 88 svo. gonna fully port a e-6 exhaust manifold untill i get a 40bob log header.

At first I will use the stock turbo which was recently rebuilt with a gillis boost controller and bosch blow off valve, along with a svo intercooler. With that setup I will shoot for 20 psi. Then once I get a fmic and a walbro 255 intake fuel pump and larger injectors I will up the boost to about 28 till the stock turbo goes out then I'm looking at a t3 t4 hybrid gonna run 28 psi on it till my new rods crank and pistons which will stroke it to a 2.5 get in along with a good cam, goal is to be able to safely run 30 psi during racing while staying with 18 psi daily driving.

Hopefully it all works out, also getting larger injectors, adjustable fuel pr reg, msd ignition components along with some light wieght adjustable cam pulleys.

Btw I'm selling a stock vane meter off a 84 turbo mustang, Cheap its clean Let me know if your interested!

You should be able to run 20 psi, I do. On my LX I run 22. The little svo IC will be a hindrance to you. btw no such thing as an '88 svo.

Your limiting factor to the 30psi dream is the computer. I've seen a lot of people shoot for that kind of boost, but I've never seen anyone get above 24 w/ the stock computer.

You might be able to hit the hp you want with a stock t3 and a very carefully assembled nicely tuned setup.

Last dyno for my svo I hit 240hp/316tq, during this next phase of mods in progress I hope to break 300. Bigger front mount intercooler, ported head, Bob's log (purchased, not installed), mandrel elbow, automotorsports roller cam, couple more lbs of boost, other little things. I think it will do it.

My LX has a lot more power than my svo although I've still not had it dyno'd, but I think I'm safe in saying it's above 330hp. When you get into that power and above, you start making little sacrifices, less low end and torque, slower spoolup. More aggressive boost so when it spools, you've got a heck of a lot more power, but no way to put the power to the ground, things like that. It's still fun though no doubt.
