I just bought a 1989 mustang LX with a 2.3L 4 cylinder. Is there anything i can do to get more horsepower without paying a lot of money. Also, is there any exaust I can get that wont make it sound like a rice burner.Thanx-Todd

There are many parts to make those cars fast . You can get the stuff from an svo and turbo charge it . I'm pretty sure there are aftefmarket cams for it . And then there is always porting and polishing . I've seen a 9 second turbo 2.3 mustang before , so it can deffinitely be fast . Good luck
