I just put a 5 speed into my 2.3 auto and now it will not start with the ingion and i do not know what to do with the vacume line from the auto any helpful tips?

It doesnt start because of the neutral safety switch of the automatic.
You need to place a jumper on the harness.
The auto shifter must have a wire/pair connected to it, thats the one you need to jump in order to make it start.

The vaccum can just be plugged.
