Default New Owner...Some Questions
Hey everyone i recently bought a 1985 SVO and I hav eot admit its in mintttt condition everything original including the rims...they are uglyyyyy and i want new ones but i dont kno what to get..also what are some good modifications to add..jw please reply

In my Opinion, 17" cobra rims are the sheeyt for the fox body stang.
P245/45 17's will fit all the way around with no clearance issues(assuming
your car hasn't been dropped). My buddy got a set from the Ford dealership
we work at for around $800(cnd). His were 16's, so I'd expect to pay a
little more for 17's.

The 5-lug bolt pattern of the SVO is the same as the 94+ bolt pattern, though the offsets are a bit different. The CLEANEST look I've seen on an SVO is the 1996 Cobra wheels, they look like they belong there, and don't have the ugly looks that screams "1980s" to them.

1976 Ford Mustang II Ghia: 302 with a 600cfm Edelbrock carb, Edelbrock Performer 289 intake, Dynomax Blackjack headers, 2.5" exhaust with Flowmaster Super 44s. RJS 11-gallon fuel cell, C4 tranny, chrome 16" pony wheels, fuzzy dice, brown vinyl half-top, and painted in the tackiest color ever (harvest gold, that's why I call it "The Goldenrod").

Also have a 2003 Dodge Ram (lightly modded daily driver/tow rig/office/dining room/home away from home/workshop... I call it "The Big Blue Dawg".)
