What is the best way to weatherproof these babies? i got air coming through the door handles and a leak through a brand new door seal (at the top rear corner).

Cool

Do you have a vapor barrier between your door panel and the door itself? If not, make one from the thickest bisquene you can find and attach it with good duct tape. That should take care of you door handle air leak.

Are your door gaps adjusted properly? I assume you have all new weatherstriping around your doors. Might want to install new hinge pin bushings and then adjust your doors up/down and front/back. That should seal your doors.

I think the vapor barrier would be the plastic kind of stuff behind the door panel. possibly wrong?

and for a moon roof and weather stripping any place that install glass on cars will have both. weatherstripping would probly be cheaper at other stores that sell car stuff..
