The other day my wife calls me and says she's on her way home for lunch and to meet her out front (she works at a used car lot.) so I go out front and crab a chair on the deck and start catching some rays when I hear engine noises and open my peepers.

Pulling into the driveway is an absolutely sweet white "91" Stang. It has gorgeous spun alum. rims (flat center w/holes around perimeter and lots of rivets) and slightly oversized tires (looks *****'n). This little rig has one itsy teeny ding in the pass. door and a wee bit of rust around drivers door mirror other than that iot's perfect.

It only has 61K on her and has only had 2 owners. It's a 2.3 of course with an auto trans but that's OK with my flakey knees.

Right now we're wait for approval on a loan (actually a balance transfer) that will pay6 off my "00" Mystique and the "98" Stang. After checking with Kelly Bl. Bk. I found that the trade-in on the Tique is almost the same as the retail for the Stang.
Hopefully I can work out a deal with wifey's boss and trade the Tique for the pony, after all the Tique retails for twice what the Stang goes for.

I got everything I can cross crossed, I want that car!!

P.S. My kid has the "98" down at Corvallis at college.

Well It looks as though the "Mustang Fairy" (or what ever) lost her magic wand. The loan thingy flopped and my hopes of being a 2 Mustang family went with it.

That sucks! Sorry to read about your misfortune. I'm a member of a 2 Mustang household and I think it's pretty cool. I've got my ol' beater '91 2.3 that's been in my family since new, and we bought the wife an '06 V6 Pony pkg. car back in February. Both cars were purchased through the same dealership. It's fun telling people we have his and hers Mustangs.
