I imagine some one has, and they are idiots. Noticable increaces in hp mean a decent amount of nos, amounts that factory cast pistons and internals CAN NOT withstand for any amount of time w/o causing the pistons to weld due to heat. In higher powered engines that were built to perform w/ nos it is almost the opposite. they are built to withstand the high cylinder temps the nos causes, and as a bonus to these engines the nos actually acts as an air cooler. The intake plenum on a proporly tuned drag car w/ nos will actually be frosted over after a run. just don't think about it.

you're better off doing the cheap mods first until you can get a nice long rod kit wit some forged pistons

then go crazy, just make sure you get strong rods.. like manley
