Their is a 89 notch for sale its white, 4cyl auto, new trans, its got 130 thousand miles on it, new tires, verry clean inside and out, the only thing it got is a dent in the fender and their verry little rust on the whole car. The kid wants 700 for it do u think it worth 700 bucks???????

I paid more than that for my car and it had rust, dents, and 2 bold tires.

It also had 90k miles on it

Be sure to check under the battery tray for rust. The battery acid tends to leak on to the front clip and can do some serious damage. I assume that you plan to use only the body because of the engine being so worn, however $700 still isn't that bad.

buy it i got mine for 500 with a shot tranny and a swiped dor..... it saves $$$$$$ on gass... go 4 it than swap it with a turbo engine......

Mine was $750 with two places with kinda bad rust. I think it had around 115,000 miles, and ran really good!

mine was $800, its a convertable with a 2.3L auto, 130K miles, but it needed a new battery, fender needed fixed, and needed a drivers side headlight. little rust on the frame that i'll just put some POR15 on it and that car will last forever.

Back in 2005 I bought a 1990 2.3l LX. It had 138k miles on it, needed a TON of work (I mean thousands to keep it running).

I bought it for $1500 because it was my first car and I think my parents wanted me to learn what it takes to maintain something.

Within the first month I had to replace the oil pan (we had to take the engine out because of clearance).

if the body is straight $2000.00, if the engine is running strong and the body is straight.......$3000-$3500 I would think.

i bought a 1990 2.3L n/a for 200 bucks and all it needed was a really good tune up. and it has no rust except under the back right quarter panel and you cant even see it.

Paid 1600 bucks 2 weeks ago for my '93 with 51k on it. Mileage isn't verified and it was cash on the spot. He wouldn't go down any further so I made them fill it up with gas
