1990 Mustang 2.3L Convertible, How Do I Remove The Door?

I am restoring the vehicle, I cannot however figure out how to unplug and or remove the power window switch on either door. It seems to have more wires running further than the switch itself to a small part in the end of the door that I can't reach. Anyone done this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. It might be the power lock actuator. I would drill out the rivet from the outside of the door, and then unplug it. Do you have a Haynes manual?
