Default 1983 Mustang 2.3L Turbo, Cold Air Intake?

Yo well i'm actually looking to put a cold air intake on my 1983 Mustang. First of all was wondering if i even could and if i can where can i find one. I've done alot of reserch for Cold Air Intakes and can't find any that go back that far only back to about 1987. Was wondering what you guys could tell me. Thanks appreciate it

Have to make your own, Use the search function theres alot of topics about cold air intakes

Unless you've converted to fuel injection you will have to make your own. If you do decide to do this be sure to have some sort of velosity stack at the end, otherwise there's no real reason to do this. Though if you want to, and don't plan on turboing it out later, you can take the intake of a mid 70's Pinto and a Weber 32/36 carb. If you can't find a pinto intake Weber does make an 2-1 adapter. Though it does make the setup kinda tall, it will fit just don't sit on the hood. You will get a few more hp but the milege should be allot better. i'm not sure but i think you might have to do an ignition upgrade too.
