Fuel Injection or Carb'ed I am trying to determine what to do with my car. I have a lead on a built carb'ed 2.3L. My problem is i've always wanted EFI car, for economy, and the ease at which setups can be adjusted to create a sport/economy mode.
I wanted to know if it would be a good idea to switch the carbed to the efi using the efi parts i already have...intake manifolds, throttle body, fuel rail, etc.
the other problem is I have heard that a carb head will not mate to EFI parts, i thought the blocks were the same.
I intend to do more reseach when i have more info, but will a carb to efi be a good idea? I know i will lose power from the work done to the carb, but if i can even salvage half of it ill be doing better than 88hp.
