Default which oil is the best for the 2.3l 1993 Mustang
I like to use mobil 1 0w-40 in my envoy and g-35. I like to use ngk double platinum plugs too.....can I use this in s 2.3?

Sure, why not?

NGK V-Power TR5's work very well and don't cost as much as the double platinums. You won't see a difference between the two.
