Default 1985 Mustang SVO Value?

Hey guys, I'm looking at an 85 SVO. It has 39,xxx miles on it, and it's in pretty good mechanical shape. Frame/underneath the car are in pretty good shape, not exceptionally clean but not much rust either. The body was repainted from the original grey to green. The new paintjob was probably awesome when it was new, but now it has some dings and scratches. Everything works, it has a leather interior, sunroof, power windows/locks. All stock, except for four Momo 17" wheels. He's claiming it's an 85.5. The flush headlights, dual exhaust are there, I didn't take a look at the injectors or cpu.

What do you guys think? He's asking $5,000 for it.

I'd say lower the price a bit and you are set. 5k for a 1985 is kinda expensive..

That's what I've been told on other forums, I was going to offer him 4k to start.

From what I know 85.5 should have:
flush headlights
dual exhaust
(as mentioned)
square intake

(early 85 SVOs had inline intakes)

I can post pictures of the difference between the intakes if needed.

Im sure there are other thing but those ones I am sure of.
