Default ANyone Ever put the 2.3 Turbo IN a mustang 2

Hi,
I have a 78 mustang 2 with the 2.3 in it, I was wondering how hard would it be to swap in the 2.3 turbo and where I could find some tech docs to do it. All I keep finding is info on putting them in mid 80's cars with existing computers and wiring. Id like to get an idea of how hard it would be to make the turbo system work in my car, and if it is worth maybe trying the carbureted setup instead.

TurboII has done it, it's actually one of the easier swaps you can do if you want a serious increase in power. The Merkur XR4Ti would make a really good donor vehicle for a 2.3 swap into a Mustang II because the fuel pump that mounts underbody is the one you'd want for the swap, and it used V-belts just like a Mustang II-era 2.3, so mixing and matching accessories to make things fit "just right" would be less of a challenge. You'd want to get the computer, harness, all sensors, the exhaust manifold, the fuel pump and lines from the pump forward, as well as the engine itself.

I'd love to do it. In fact, there's a fairly clean V6 powered Mach I here in the neighborhood that's for sale and I'd love to pick it up and either drop a 2.3T in it and play or gut it, drop a stroker motor in it and go racing.
