Angry oil change from heck

Wow did I have a day. Slept in and had a good morning, then went out to work on my '90. My original plan for the day was to fix the exhaust (did it myself and it was hanging just a little bit low), then change the oil and it was beautiful here today so I wanted to atleast wash one of the cars. Well it didn't go that way that's for sure. Took about a half hour to fix the exhaust. So lowered the car back down agian and then jacked up the front. Put in some seafoam engine cleaner in it to help clean some of the sludge out. Then drained the oil out. put the drain plug back in and then went to take the oil filter off. All hell broke loose as I could not get this thing off. The filter was on as tight as possible, which I don't know how that happened as I know I didn't tighten it anyway near what it was. And for over 3 hours I battled with this thing. Used 3 different filter wrenches, all they did was slip, had oil everywhere. Then it started to cave in and bend in all different directions. I could not get this thing off. Basic part of owning a car is changing the oil, and this was rediculous. Then finally I was MAD! I picked up a screwdriver laying near by and just stabbed the filter, went through both sides, then grabbing the handle and the other end of the screw driver, I twisted that filter off. That was rediculous. 3 hours to get a oil filter off. So today I could only fix the exhaust and do an oil change. So I learned a big lesson today, oil the seal on the filter real good and DO NOT tighten it too much! Hope tomorrow will be better for me when I wash the '05.

The sad thing is, with 15 PSI, straight back exhaust, and a bobs log, it still feels slow...

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

If you have room to swing a hammer you could take a screw driver or chisel and beat the thing in the right direction. I know a guy who used to work at Jiffy Lube who had a couple of cars like that.
