I have a 93 lx Convertible and tomorrow I'm getting a full 85 GT with all that I need to do a 5.0 swap... My question is, Can I swap the steering colum out of it because it has tilt wheel and my 93 doesn't... The car I'm getting was being set up for a race car so all the parts I need are there except for the seats and things... I know that tilt wheel wasn't even an option in 93 so is the fire wall different? If it can be done would it be worth the trouble? I'm gonna have the whole car torn apart anyways...

if it was mine i would look for a newer coulmn to put on as if i remeber right the older ones were smaller
