Default For $1100 I can get

a COMPLETE '86 svo drivetrain: engine (with the accessories, intercooler + turbo, all the plumbing for all of it), upgraded cams and header, PE ECM, harness, t-5 trans still bolted to the motor, an 8.8 rear with the discs and everything. Basically a complete SVO without the body.

Does this sound like a good price? He claims 60K on the motor, less than 10K on the cams. He's selling cause he wrecked his SVO a couple months back and I don't want to pay $4,000 for everything, so he offered the whole drivetrain for $1100. Almost a plug and play setup, everything is still put together. He said he has dyno slips showing 275rwhp on 12 lbs boost.

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

Sorry, the guy that's selling it has an 8.8 rear to go with it, and by cams, i was referring to the single camshaft. I was fairly excite at the whole idea, so I wasn't paying attention to what I was typing.

In any event, is this a good or bad find? Assuming, of course, that the set up runs as he claims....
