Default 2.3t adjustable fuel pressure regulator

I was looking to buy an adjustable fuel pressure regulator for my 2.3t and just wanted some input on what would be a good one to buy. Would it be a good idea to buy a fuel pressure gauge too?

i'll tell you what i know about fuel gauge's cause i ran into this myself. the cheaper gauges(which are ver accurate and reliable) have to be mounted outside of the car, because the fuel runs into them, also they have to have braded stainless A-N fittings if you want to take it to the track, if it's not steel or braided stainless they won't let you race. the other style they sell are a box the fuel goes into, kinda like a module, that sends a electric signal to a gauge into the car. there's also the option of having the gauge screwed directly onto the fuel line for tuning purposes but i'd rather be able to monitor fuel pressure while driving. there are probabally other gauge designs but i haven't seen them.

Buy a fuel pressure gauge from summit, auto meter, etc.

You need a special 1/16th NPT fitting which is so hard to get ahold of outside a fuel pressure gauge kit.

kirban (sp) is the FPR most people use or a stock, modded TPI FPR

The sad thing is, with 15 PSI, straight back exhaust, and a bobs log, it still feels slow...

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster
