Several are using this. DIYAutoTune.com Megasquirt Kits / Assembled Engine Management Systems, Wideband o2 Sensor Systems and tuning products Would love to do this. There is even a eec-iv board to in a old 60 pin case. I have not read up and understand it enough to to do it. Requires wide-band and cheaplap and datalogging. But the option way I understand are almost limitless. Price is reasonable since build it yourself.

Bamafuel is a good deal. Sure, you can DIY, and if you know what you are doing, you can save some cash going that route. Nothing wrong with that at all. I know people who have gone DIY with good results, but they know what the were doing with programming, data logging, etc.

Bamafuel will pre-program the ECU to your specs (injector size, and vehicle type....SVO, TC, XR4Ti) and set it up with a safe tune of 11.5:1 AFR throughout the entire powerband.
It also has provisions for wide band addition to be used during tuning, or even if you want to drive the streets on it.....not recommended.

All software is supplied for you to then tune it on your own. He will also support any questions and/or problems you encounter.

Cool, i was hoping he wasn't just catering to the turbo crowd. going with the Bamafuel controller would allow running a MAF, and be able to take advantage of cams, headers, and head flow work, and still keep it fuel injected then.
