Default just a question about my 1987 2.3litre

hey guys, i have just been doing some research and it seems to me that the 1987 mustangs came carbeurated? i was just wondering because i have an 1987 2.3litre im slowly building up thats fuel injected, i was wondering if my engine may have been swapped already or did they just come with the option? any information would be greatly appreciated!

The 302 may have been. but they stoped carbing the 2.3s in 84/4 IIRC.

The 2.3 got EFI a year later than the 5.0 1987 was the first year for fuel injection in N/A 2.3s

The SVO had it before the 5.0 oddly enough.
