I'm having a little trouble with my 93 mustang. It's not really holding a charge. I can jump it and it will keep running but every time I shut it down it won't start back up. Any suggestions?

bad battery mine wont turn over if i leave the door open for 10 minutes it will run once it is started but forget it if the light is left on for 10 min the reason it runs once started is because your car runs off your alternator once it is started so aparently it isnt bad also check wires leading from alternator to battery see if it is shorted or something and check wire from battery to engine to see if it is shorted.
